Refund Policy

Returns

At LA‑Design, your satisfaction is our priority. If you change your mind, simply return your purchase unused and in its original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days after the day following delivery.

  • Items must be in fully resalable condition, including all tags and packaging.

  • We reserve the right to decline refunds for items that show signs of use or damaged packaging—this won’t affect your statutory rights.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except when we’ve made an error or the product is defective.

  • We recommend using recorded delivery and retaining shipping proof.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at ask@la‑design.co.uk within the 14‑day “cooling off” period.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

In the event that a replacement is issued for a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, you must return the original item to us within 14 days of receiving our email confirming the replacement, if we request it. Provided the item is returned within this 14-day period, there will be no additional charge to you. All returned items will be inspected for damage or defects. If we find that the returned item is not faulty, LA-Design reserves the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover any related fees and expenses.
